The rooms are spacious and bright, with incredibly soft beds and floor-to-ceiling windows offering great city views. The staff provides warm and attentive service; the front desk team always greets you with a genuine, welcoming smile. Facilities are excellent, including a 24-hour gym, an indoor heated pool, and a sauna – perfect for relaxation. The breakfast selection is diverse, ranging from authentic Laotian dishes to Western options. The only minor drawback is the limited number of convenience stores nearby, but this is a small issue that doesn't detract from an otherwise outstanding stay. It's definitely an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers.

Service was average, as I barely saw anyone. For room access, I checked in via LINE with an admin and received an unlock code for the room.

DDatouge1988I've stayed here many times. Every time I come to Korat, I stay at this hotel. It's very convenient, very clean, and I sleep really well. Why is it so clean, tidy, and comfortable? The breakfast is also quite good.

The room was clean and comfortable, and everything was quite well maintained. Service was decent, nothing exceptional but smooth enough for a short stay. Amenities are basic but sufficient.

GGuest UserThe hotel is okey, quite new, but still a bit noizy have to be carefull in the hallway cause you can hear very clearly your neighbors. The rooms are big and clean. Some facilities did break in the bathroom during shower🥲 The breakfast is correct. For me all is okey but didn't deserve a 4 star rating.

The room wasn't cleaned well. Floor felt greasy and there was a lot of random hair lying around.
Bed was comfy especially given the price of the room. However cleanliness is questionable.
Fyi the fridge shuts off when you remove the keycard from the room. My ice and desserts melted while we were away for the day.
